Stress makes us sick! Get well, get strong, get restorative yoga. It is often said that if yoga were a buffet, then restorative yoga poses would definitely be at the dessert table! This class will help relieve the effects of chronic stress, illness and injury; while helping to increase relaxation, rehabilitation and recovery time by nourishing the body, mind and spirit through “active relaxation.” This class is appropriate for Every Body!
Trying to squeeze your practice into a hectic week? This is your class. Best-suited for those with some yoga experience under their strap, we’ll combine both dynamic and static postures in a flowing format. This class takes place in a slightly heated room. Be prepared to move your spine, realign and unwind.
