Conference Room and Private Dining
The Canebrake’s Meadow View Room seats up to 45 for dining and 75 auditorium-style and is a wonderful place for corporate retreats or private parties.
Rent the room for two hours for a meeting or presentation or stay all day and let us spoil you with a hot breakfast, delicious lunch, afternoon snack and beverage service. The room comes well-equipped with an in-ceiling projector, 8-foot retractable screen, dry erase board with markers, padded tablet with markers, high-speed wireless internet access, stereo, DVD/VHS, television and podium.
The room is approximately 1,000 square feet and has four large windows that look out over a meadow to the lake, a fireplace and climate and lighting controls. The room can be arranged in a number of different configurations (rounds, big square, oval, auditorium, classroom) and we’ll provide pads and pencils or place settings and white tablecloths.
Outside the building, we offer a ropes course with a 50-foot tower and a 300-foot zip line. Other leadership development courses we offer include a Marble Run, a Catapult Course and an Orienteering Course.
Conference Room Rates
Half Day
Four hours in the Meadow View Room (up to 75 people): $58 per person, includes self-serve beverage service (tea/water/coffee) and a hot continental breakfast or lunch.
Full Day
Eight hours in the Meadow View Room (up to 75 people): $82 per person, includes self-serve beverage service (tea/water/coffee), continental breakfast, lunch and a light snack.
